Ingredientes

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking sode
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup (2 sticks) butter (softened)
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 cups chocolate pieces (semi-sweet)
1 cup chopped nuts

Instrucciones

Preheat oven to 375 ºF (190 ºC). In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside. In large mixer bowl, combine butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract; beat until creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in chocolate pieces and nuts. Drop by rounded measuring tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie shuts. Bake at 375 ºF (190 ºC) 9-11 minutes.

Nota: Esta receta es de una profesora estadounidense que me dio clases de inglés. Primero hice las galletas con ella y luego por mi cuenta, y siempre han salido muy ricas.
